Ngu Chi Son is a mountain with an unusual and striking shape, resembling five fingers stretching up towards the heavens. Although it has only recently been discovered, it has quickly earned the title of the leading attraction in the Northwest area. This mountain has become a popular spot for thrill-seekers and outdoor enthusiasts who love the excitement of climbing. From a distance, it offers a stunning panoramic view that radiates magnificence.
The challenging and varied path to ascend Ngu Chi Son takes climbers through a remarkable ancient forest filled with age-old trees. The bark of these trees is adorned with vibrant moss and ferns, creating a lush environment. Within the Ngu Chi Son forest, one can find a rich assortment of exotic flora and wildflowers, such as the delicate white tea blossoms that line the trails, the striking Do Quyen flowers, and the vivid red leaves of maple trees that add a splash of color to the landscape.

Day 1: Sapa – Ta Giang Phinh
5:00: Upon arrival at the bus office located at 426 Đường Điện Biên Phủ in Sapa, you’ll need to walk approximately 15 to 20 minutes to our office at 09 Thác Bạc. Taking a taxi is advisable as it is quicker and will only take about 5 minutes.
6:30: A traditional Vietnamese Pho breakfast will be served.
8:00: The group will be picked up by bus and begin the journey to Ta Giang Phinh village, about 25 kilometers from Sapa.
8:40: Arrival at the mountain’s base marks the start of our trek.
12:00: Lunch will be served, along with a break to recharge.
13:00: We’ll resume our trekking adventure.
17:30: The group is expected to reach the camping area at an altitude of 2800 meters, where participants can unwind after a demanding day of hiking. While porters prepare dinner, you can help out prepare your meal or take some time to explore the campsite’s surroundings.
18:30: Dinner will be shared, allowing everyone to exchange stories and experiences while enjoying the serene mountain ambiance.

Day 2: Summit Ngu Chi Son / Return to Sapa and Hanoi
5:30: Participants are encouraged to rise early, enjoy breakfast, and sip a warm cup of coffee or ginger tea to boost energy.
6:30: The group will set off for the final ascent to the peak of Ngu Chi Son, leaving non-essential items behind at the campsite to lighten the load.
8:30: The team will reach the summit of Ngu Chi Son, where they can relax and soak in the breathtaking panoramic views. Following this, lunch will be served before the descent back to the campsite.
11:00: Everyone will gather to pack their belongings, enjoy a meal, and prepare for the descent down the mountain.
16:00: The bus will transport the group back to Sapa after a fulfilling day of hiking.
17:00: Participants will have the chance to indulge in a traditional Dao Herbal Foot Bath, a soothing way to recover after the trek.
19:00: Dinner will be self-arranged, allowing participants to explore local culinary delights at their leisure.
22:00: The group will board a sleeper bus for the overnight journey back to Hanoi, marking the end of an adventurous day.
The following morning, at 4:30 AM, participants will need to walk or take a taxi back to the bus office at 426 Đường Điện Biên Phủ in Sapa. There, they will catch the sleeper bus to Hanoi, arriving at 5 Tran Nguyen Han. This concludes the trekking program.
