From Sapa town, you will be led by a local guide from Meditours Sapa to a high mountain peak, which is 1,900 meters above sea level, to admire the beautiful natural scenery. Pick up
We will welcome you quickly and flexibly. This service is completely free at all locations in Sapa town or the most prominent location that we recommend is right in front of the main church of Sapa. After a brief introduction, we will start the journey to climb 1km uphill on a small trail to enjoy the beauty of the mountains.
See Fansipan mountain 3,143m high
After about an hour of walking, you will set foot on the top of Sa Seng mountain. Here, you will have the opportunity to admire the peak of Fansipan mountain, which is 3,143 meters high, known as the highest mountain in Indochina as well as the entire beautiful town of Sapa.
Admire the beautiful terraced fields
From the top of Sa Seng Mountain, looking down, you will admire the famous terraced fields, one of the most typical and important images in Vietnam, located in the middle of Muong Hoa Valley. You can also see the largest river and valley in Sapa from here.
Go straight to Hang Da Village
After enjoying the beautiful scenery, we will continue our journey down the mountainside to Hang Da Village, home to the Black H’Mong ethnic minority.
Buffalo
During this tour, you will have the opportunity to witness many rich animals such as buffalo, pigs and aardvarks, which are very important to the local people here.

Next, we will enjoy lunch at a small restaurant run by a local family, where you can experience the traditional culinary flavors of the region.
Walk straight to Hau Thao village
After a delicious meal, we will follow a small path down to Hau Thao village, home to the Black H’Mong community.

When you arrive at Hau Thao village, you will witness the daily life of the people here. If you come at the right time, you will see them working hard in the fields, including harvesting rice or planting.
Unique marriage of the H’Mong
Our tour guide will provide you with information about the unique marriage traditions of the H’Mong, the hard work in the rice fields and their house building techniques.
Back to town
Finally, we will walk to Giang Ta Chai village, where our car will be waiting on the main road to take us back to Sa Pa. The tour will end here.
